2019

Guoxia Technology was established, entering the fields of digital energy and AI-driven energy technology research, and formed its early core team.

2020

We established our own automation and manufacturing R&D platform, forming a foundational capability framework from research and development to production.

2021

Recognized as a "High-Tech Enterprise."

Established a Digital and Artificial Intelligence Energy Laboratory and launched the "Cloud-Edge-Device" energy monitoring architecture.

2022

Officially launched the overseas brand HANCHU ESS, establishing an energy storage business system targeting the international market.

2023

Selected as one of the "2023 Top 10 Comprehensive Energy Service Providers in China's Energy Storage Industry"

Became a co-construction unit of the National Engineering Research Center for Advanced Energy Storage Materials

2024

Jointly established the Joint R&D Center for Advanced Energy Storage Thermal Management with Shanghai Jiao Tong University

Launched HANCHU iESS 3.0 and implemented the first overseas commercial and industrial energy storage project.

2025

The company converted to a joint stock limited liability company.
Conducted its initial public offering of H-shares and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Awarded the title of "2025 Jiangsu Unicorn Enterprise."
